Main difference:
The Tbar. The 10L has an a-symmetrical T-bar, while the L2 has a symmetrical T-bar.
The L2 T-bar is easy to buy, the 10L's is harder to find.In handling, the cars are close.
The original 10L came with the "old school" block of nylon front suspension, which has later been upgraded in 10LS model to the current dynamic strut front suspension.
The new front end is standard on the L2.
There are more subtle changes, like the rear pod plates, T-bar brace, chassis width.

Single pivot rear, triple shocks, batteries down the middle. This should make for an agile, yet high-traction car.
The front seems to have multiple adjustment possibilities for locating the front arms. I gues it is easily adapted to narrow and wide car setup and short and long wheelbase?
Just one suggestion: when you start testing, use softer side springs. Those blues take away too much traction.
