Default Update: Motor Coolers

Much smaller than I originally had them, and also clamps on more securely. Here's a pic

Update:
To those interested in a motor cooler, when you PM me please include the following information:
Name
Email/Paypal
Race Conditions (hot, cold, indoor, out, humid, etc)

This will make things A LOT easier on my end, and I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

Update...again
I can "custom" make you coolers if you want something even colder, or for certain layouts, just ask

Not much actually, less than 8 oz for the entire unit. It will stay clamped to the motor and not fall off

If you look at his other post there is more too it.

http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...ghlight=cooler

Not just a fan and heatsink - there is a, I think to say it right "heat exchanger" that uses electricity to get things cold similar to coolers/heater coolers for cars - just smaller.

If it was just a fan and heatsink I would say it was not worth the $50 but as I realized today there is more to it.

Micro - e-mail me back on my e-mail this morning. Thanks

mc

You've been fed disinformation. Like suggested, read through the old thread before judging a product too prematurely. I won't go into much detail here since there's loads of discussion about this all over this forum.

Cooler magnets produce a stronger magnetic field.

The size is irrelevant; It is meant to be used in between heats and taken off during the heats.

Good luck with the product, micros_rock!

How about not bashing a guys thread here. I have one of his original Motor coolers (larger one) and it works awsome. I used it yesterday in the 95 degree weather and the motor was right around 55 degrees when I put it in the car. Most CPU coolers dont have Peltzier devices built into them. That is where the money comes from and its well worth it.

So please if you dont want to buy his products then leave this thread and dont bash his products anymore. There are rules here about that.
