I'd like to make some humble suggestions if the boards are being tweaked:

Consider having an On Road Racing forum and an Off Road Racing forum and tuck them under the existing Onroad/Offroad forums.

My suggestions for naming, and re-order of the boards would be:

Electric On-road
Nitro On-road
Nitro On-road engine (renamed from On-road Nitro engine)
Racing On-road

Electric Off-road
Nitro Off-road
Off-road Nitro engine (renamed from Off-road Nitro Engine Forum)
Racing Off-road

I also do not see a point in changing what has been the norm for over a decade. If there is some real legitimate reason, maybe a heads-up a week or two ago would have been nice, like one of the several sticky/important threads that are posted at the top of each forum.

I'm perplexed. I guess tracks in CT will now have to find a home forum and post in a separate Mid-Atlantic section to promote their events with other nearby tracks.

This kids, will test your comprehension and competence level.

Nothing has been lost or deleted. Threads that have been moved are technically still here with a redirect link to thread/forum they've been moved to. In 2-3 weeks those redirects will disappear. That should be enough time for people to figure out which forum they should be looking in to find their threads.

99% of threads are simply moving from this forum to the one's they should have been posted in from the beginning. Trust me, it's not the end of the world

Can you please create a North East forum? Lots of us in the NY/NJ/PA/DE/MD/VA/CT race in these states on a frequent basis. Mid-Atlantic, in geographic terms is not relevant for us rc-addicts in these states.

What region of the U S of A do you live in? The Mid Atlantic right? Thus where should you expect to find dedicated track threads for CT. In the Mid Atlantic Regional forum.

The fact is every track from Virginia to the north east has been using this as a regional forum for years while everyone else has been using their dedicated regional forum. You're all simply moving to where you should be.

The racing forum is intended to be a place to post and discuss specific races. Not a place to have long standing track threads, that's why we have regional forums.

Yes people are going to post all of these emotions.. and maybe even some but this change is looooong overdue and it's being done.

If all of you would think that naming your regional forum the " The North East forum" vs. "Mid Atlantic" is better, I can probably make that happen.

Interesting proclamation there, Mr Super Moderator. Can't recall the last time someone referred to most of NJ, NYC and CT as Mid-Atlantic.

Do as you please. I'm guessing we're forced to abide by your action and decision.

Thank you much for your consideration.
