i think a color like that is achieved more with the clearcoat than with the paint itself....... like what was said in other posts about matte finishes... it's almost impossible due to the fact of painting on the inside of the plastic...
you can try scuffing the inside and or outside of the body that may help..... but to me i just think it will look like your body is all scratched up and not a matte paint finish...
