Sounds good. What are you planning to race this upcoming winter season? Recoils? Mini-Z?

1/18th 5 cell ( no Lipos)
Brushed stock size motor ( no Brushless)
Any radio gear.

We are including recoils in the 1/18th size. We can mix the Mini Z's in but they will struggle on the larger track.

are you going to be selling 5 cell packs? All I have are 6 cell packs and breakinig those down is not an option ....maybe an open class so we don't have to buy new packs?

no open do to track size.

we just cut a cell off. but reciever packs are available in 5 cell configs.

You can run on the track practice nights with a touring car but will most likly quickly aggree that it is much to small and tight for 1/10th. also the pit requirements for 1/12th and 1/10th are not available. 12th can be a blast to practice with but just not enough room to race.( pit area)

not sure on micro rs4, may be smaller which would be fine. as long as it meets the other requirements. 'The race program is ment ot be a low impact race enviroment. We look for full out race programs at other venues, ie Challenge races like the armory last year, The RC Barn, Duluth club etc.

when we were doing the r&d for how we were going to spec the 18th we just moved the posotive wire to the other side of the last cell and left all 6 cells in the car.

We will spec the motor, we will not do that until we begin to run points and will be open to all imput from racers up to then. We will definatly be specing a Brushed motor and are looking at cost/durability/speed.

Sadly, I won't be able to be there today. I have to work. Damn work.

Andrew, Is the shop inventory the same as when Dan was there? I'm looking for several Xray parts and I'm not sure if you still carry them.

The increased track size should make running a blast with the 12th scales.

When we decded to keep the side retail we are focusing on certain markets currently and we do not have access to xray parts, You can call FG Performance I know they are selling there inventory and they have some xray stuff. You may be able to get what you need from them. Also I believe The Barn has xray parts support and may have what you are after. We have to see what the future brings for xray support from us.

When we begin racing we will use the live results page so if you can not make it you can see how everyone is doing real time. we did this last year with Mini Z's and it was pretty cool.

We will proabbly run a test tonight to make sure all is well.
