Ya, I have had good bottles of Fusion and a few bad ones. Expensive stuff. The link for Mercury is interesting, I have seen their products on RCaccessory.com.
In reading Mercury's info a lot of the bad bottles could be packaging related and age. The fusion glue is in the worst bottle ever.
One brand I have had good luck with is Caster glue. Stuff holds good. Great Planes Trak Power worked good also.

Mercury States...
"There are only a handful of actual manufacturers of Cyanoacrylate in the world"
Then goes on to "Claim"
"there is only one true manufacturer. Mercury Adhesives"
Kinda funny if you ask me...So what is it, a Hand full or Just One.
Good link tho, It was a good read with Lots of Valuable info.

I have never had any issues with Losi, AKA, Proline or JConcepts glue. I did buy some of the Bob Smith glue to try (I had a ton of 8th scale wheels to do and liked the larger bottle) and I had nothing but problem with tires coming off. I always scuff and clean as well. Just my experience.

So the Guys over seas aren't "True" Manufacturers ?
That's what im getting at.
And for guys who don't want to sift the page, here's what im referring to
"11. Where are cyanoacrylates made?
There are only a handful of actual manufacturers of Cyanoacrylate in the world. Manufacturing CA is a very involved, complicated and expensive process. While it is true that there are “re-packagers” of CA in the USA there is only one true manufacturer. Mercury Adhesives products are specially formulated and manufactured in Alpharetta, Georgia where over 2 tons per month are produced with in-house reactors. All the other products sold in the hobby market are made overseas and are some times industrial remnants sold to the highest bidder and then shipped into the US in bulk for re-packaging. "

He does have a point. Most these CA's are alike besides how thick they are IMHO.
I like to use the Med ca to set the tires bead to the rim and rubber band them via Jconcepts rubber bands. Let them dry then use a thin ca around the tires edges to seal them to the rim. Seems to work best for me.
I do like to use AKA as the thin sealer though. THe Med I use is the Hobby shop branded purple bottle.
TIP: CA doesnt freeze. So keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh.
